Our experienced in-house design engineering and test engineering staff will help you complete your test solution on-time and on-budget. Whether your requirement is a PXI instrument that no one else has, a GPIB instrument to replace an obsolete product in one of your systems, or design and integrate a turn-key tester, we will partner with you to make you successful and address your test requirements.

Custom PXI Products:
If you need a special PXI product that is not available from any PXI vendor, or a modified version of one of our PXI products we may be able to help you. Many of our Commercially available PXI products started as a requirement of a specific customer. These include custom chassis product with unique interfacing capabilities as well as analog and digital PXI instruments with unique capabilities.

Custom Legacy Replacement Products:
If you need to support old GPIB-based testers with obsolete instruments we may be able to help. Geotest has a broad line of replacement products for obsolete GPIB signal sources from Agilent (HP), Wavetek, and Tektronix. If the product you need is not available, we may design a new replacement product to meet your needs. All replacement products are guaranteed to be 100% form-fit-function replacement for the instruments they replace and you will not need to change any of the existing software on the legacy tester. We know that this may sound too good to be true but our long list of satisfied customers including the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy are the proof that our legacy replacement products are the ultimate obsolescence replacement solutions.

Our experienced staff of test engineers can help you design and integrate your next custom tester. Our broad design and integration services include the following:

Test requirements analysis

Development of a Test Requirements Document (TRD) if one is not available

Test system design, development, fabrication and integration including hardware (electrical & mechanical) and software

Design, development, fabrication and integration of custom assemblies needed to meet the overall test requirements

Design, development, fabrication and integration of a comprehensive Self-Test Test Program Set (TPS) that will allow you to test, troubleshoot, and maintain your test set

Design, development, fabrication and integration of a calibration TPS that will allow you to perform in-system calibration without taking the system apart

Design, development, fabrication and integration of TPSs for your units under test (should you decide to outsource these as well)

System fabrication, integration, documentation, acceptance, and training

System documentation includes operator’s and maintenance manuals, detailed block diagrams, detailed fabrication drawings, cable assemblies, interconnect diagrams, schematic diagrams, and software documentation

Our innovative design engineers may be able to help you reduce the production and life cycle costs of existing products. We have helped our customers in the past to improve the design of airborne and vehicle military products that resulted in significant cost savings over the original design.

From the basic integration level to turn-key solutions, our test engineers will ensure that you complete your project on-time and on-budget. Integrators Program:
Geotest has partnered with many systems integrators across the U.S. and internationally to provide you with better local integration services for a wide variety of test, data acquisition, and process control applications.

The System Integrator Program (SIP) enables integrators to utilize Geotest’s extensive resources as a manufacturer and master integrator for their larger projects while allowing Geotest to refer customers to integrators who specialize in specific applications or may be geographically closer to the customer.
