Features

The TS-201 is a state-of-the-art I-Level and Depot level test set for the M299 Longbow Launcher and Launcher Electronics Assembly (LEA).

The TS-201 performs parametric functional test on the M299 Launcher and the M299 Launcher Electronics Assembly (LEA). This configuration is used in I-Level environments. The TS-201 is also available in the Depot configuration, capable of testing the LEA's Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) including the Processor CCA, QMI CCA, and Power Supply CCA. In the I-Level configuration, the TS-201 provides troubleshooting to the LEA or Rail Harness (when testing the M299) or to the faulty CCA (when testing the LEA).In the Depot-Level configuration, the TS-201 provides troubleshooting to the component level.

State-of-the-Art Architecture

The design of the TS-201 includes full MIL-STD-1760 compliance as well as sophisticated ROM Emulation technology for CCA testing.
M299 rails and LEA station are tested simultaneously (all 4), reducing test time significantly and providing for a true cross-fire and stray voltage test capabilities.

Qualifications

The TS-201 has been approved by the U.S. Army to be used as the production tester of the M299 Longbow Launcher. The tests performed by the TS-201 meet or exceed all M299 and MIL-STD-1760 requirements.

The TS-201's modular design and construction provide for simplified maintenance and reduced logistics. Available spare parts kit supports in-country maintenance using the integrated self-test adapter that provides troubleshooting to the CCA level. The high MTBF and low MTTR guarantee minimal down-time and continuous trouble-free use.
